He completed a BA (2010) and an MA (2013) in International Relations at Bilkent University, where he also worked as a Research Assistant from 2010 to 2013.

In 2018, he was a PhD visiting participant in Sciences Po’s Department of Political Science. His fields there included media and politics, data gathering and analysis.
